We Bake Like It's 1962 — Because It Kind Of Is

Panaderia El Trigal started with one oven, one family, and a simple promise: serve food that makes people feel like they're back at abuela's table. That hasn't changed.

Every morning at 4 AM, our bakers are here — kneading, shaping, and loading trays into the oven. By the time you walk in at 6, the place smells like conchas and café de olla. That's not marketing. That's just Tuesday.
